 This is a sport where hockey is played indoors on a special sled with wheels called a "sledge.
Roller sledge hockey, in which players ride a sledge and use a stick to move forward and shoot, is a true full-body workout, with the "body," "head," and "heart" all working at full speed.
Dachan-sensei will teach you the rules and how to use the roller sledge in a fun way, so whether it's your child's first time or they've done it before, they can try it at their own pace.
