The 17th National High School Model Railroad Contest (sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) will be held at the venue with diorama railroad scenery works gathered from 185 participating schools from all over Japan, competing for the best model railroad works with perspectives from STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) education that even elementary school students can understand. This is an event for visitors to enjoy.
