This is a dance fitness program that incorporates music from around the world, with a focus on Latin music. This program is easy to join, even for those with no dance experience. It's not about what you can or can't do, just having fun!
This lesson will be fun even for those who have never done ZUMBA before. Beginners and inexperienced students are welcome!
Please bring your own indoor shoes.
