Cats Halloween will be held in Umegaoka on Oct. 27 (Sun.).
This is the 40th edition of this popular Halloween event in Umegaoka. The event has become more popular with each passing year, and children not only from the Umegaoka area but also from far away participate in this Halloween event.
Some events are pre-registered, but others are not, making it a child-centered Halloween.
