This year's event will be held on September 21 (Sunday), 22 (Monday), and 23 (Tuesday, national holiday).
We are looking for volunteers who can help us make the Yoyogi Hachiman Shrine Annual Festival a great success together.
The schedule and work will be as follows
Setup of the Shrine (September 13, 14, and 15)
Helping with children's portable shrines and floats (September 21)
Washing of Hanten (September 24)
Removal of the Shinsenjo (Sept. 27)
We are also looking for children to participate in the children's portable shrines and floats.
Date & Time: Sunday, September 21, from 10:00 (first 30 people)
Registration for the children's portable shrines and floats starts at 9:00 a.m. Please come to the front of Tomigaya Shinwa-kai Shinsyu-sho (next to Hakusyu Hall).
Please be in front of Tomigaya Shinwa-kai Shinshu-sho (next to Hakusyu Hall) by 9:50 a.m. as there will be a preliminary explanation.
Children who participate until the end will receive candy in exchange for their wristbands.
