The Shibuya Ward Flower and Tea Ceremony Federation will hold a tea ceremony and flower arrangement in the lobby in front of the Densetsu Hall.

There will be an exhibition of works by the Shibuya Ward Calligraphy League at Gallery Owada (2nd floor).
