The maximum number of entries is 10 per person (5 tanka and 5 haiku).

How to apply: Send a postcard or e-mail with your work (with ruby if necessary), address, name, and telephone number to the Museum of Folklore and Literature.

Announcement : Excellent works will be exhibited at the local museum and literature museum, and will also be published in the "Shibuya Ward News" and other publications.
