This festival is held in Shimokitazawa at a newly established vacant lot on the railroad tracks (a.k.a. Dokan no Hiroba), and is organized by the child-rearing generation living in Shimokita.
We plan events for parents and children to enjoy playing, experiencing, and eating together every season.
