TOKYO UNITE, a collaborative project of 15 Tokyo-based sports teams and organizations, will hold the "Shibuya City Throwing x Multisport Challenge in Shibuya City Sports Center" event on October 13 (national holiday) at the Shibuya City Sports Center to experience multisport and develop throwing ability. The event will be held at the Shibuya Ward Sports Center on October 13 (national holiday).
In Tokyo, there are few parks and playgrounds where children can throw a ball, and the decline in children's throwing ability has become an issue. This is the second time that the program is being held in conjunction with Shibuya Ward to address this issue. The purpose of this event is to improve children's throwing ability by having them experience four different sports (baseball, handball, badminton, and American football) with coaches from professional teams.
