What makes it different from ordinary condominiums is that it has a large number of units, it is a high-rise, and its life is supported by facilities...
Based on the experience of four townhouses damaged in the Great East Japan Earthquake and Sendai, this report considers what happens when Tokyo and the Tokyo metropolitan area are hit by a major earthquake, and how to prepare for such a disaster.
