The shopping street in front of Uehara Station is dyed in orange magic once a year. Children and adults alike are invited to dress up and gather for a Halloween party!

5:30 PM
The first 2500 children to arrive will receive a small bag of candy! If the "winning" lottery ticket is found in the bag, 200 children will receive an assortment of candies! In addition, 10 children will receive a "big bag" of candy!

Goldfish scooping and stalls will be available

*Please note that on the day of the event, a portion of the street will be closed from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, so we ask for your cooperation in detouring traffic.
