(*) Those who have a disability, illness, nursing care, not attending school, or multiple-children in their own or their family members' households are eligible. (*) Not available for welfare recipients, pensioners, and minors.

Date/Time: Thursday, 8/7 from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, 8/17 from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, 8/30 from 2 to 5 p.m.
Location: Sasazuka Kumin Kaikan, 4F, Conference Room #3 (with bicycle parking, elevator, and men's and women's restrooms)
Access: 8-minute walk from Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line (Keio New Line and Toei Shinjuku Line directly connected)
1 minute walk from Sasazuka Chugakko bus stop (buses available from Shibuya, Shinjuku Nishiguchi, and Nakano Stations)
