It feels like we are finally getting out of the extreme heat. We are pleased to announce that we will be celebrating our 15th anniversary this year with a Halloween party before our summer festival \"Soryosai\", giving priority to those who live in the Daikanyama area.
\nWe hope to make this year's event another day that will bring smiles to the faces of the children so that they can spend their time in peace and have fun. All of us on the committee look forward to seeing you there.<\/p>\n

Conditions for participation: Children from 1 year old to elementary school age in costume (accompanied by a parent or guardian)

\nIt is always noticeable how many children stop by the same store over and over again each year. Small children also participate. Please follow the rules. Please be sure to observe manners and rules so that the behavior of parents among themselves will not disturb the neighborhood.<\/p>\n
Shibuya Ward residents can apply in advance from 12:00 on October 1 (Wed) to 23:59 on October 3 (Fri).
