What is "Hello Tomi"?
This is an association for parents who have children who have difficulty going to school for various reasons.
Tea gatherings, lectures and events are held irregularly on Saturdays.
The most important thing you can do for your favorite child is for the parents to relax. If you need help or want to talk to someone, we are waiting for you at Hello Tomi.
Adults alone or with children are welcome. Whether or not you have been out of school. Why don't you come and take a break?
January and February are Yoga & Tea Party.
A relaxing and comfortable yoga practice that focuses on the breath, while connecting the mind and body and strengthening a few essential muscles.
1st session: Saturday, January 25, 2025, 18:00~20:00
2nd session: Saturday, February 15, 18:00~20:00
*Participation in both sessions is possible.
Place: Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor of Uehara Social Education Center
Eligibility: Anyone can apply. Elementary school students and older are welcome to participate.
Admission: Free
(Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) Please let us know your grade on the application form. (Babysitting services are available.)
<Things to take with you
Sweat towel, beverage, yoga mat if available. Wear comfortable clothes.
