令和６年度はつらつセンター ケアステーション本町 屋上足湯イベント「ハーブ湯」
インドでは聖なるハーブとしてアーユルヴェーダに長く使われている、ホーリーバジルを使用した足湯です。
バジルの中でも香りが強く、万能のハーブとも呼ばれています。寒い季節にホッと安らぐ香りをお楽しみください。
