Eligibility: (1) Elementary school students and their parents (in pairs) who live or attend school in Shibuya Ward (2) Junior high school students and older who live, attend school, or work in Shibuya Ward
Capacity: (1) 12 pairs (2) 12 persons (3) (If there are too many applicants, the number will be determined by lottery)
Cost: 1,500 yen (for materials)
