(1) Residents of Shibuya Ward
(2) Those who are in need of food and livelihood due to single parent, unemployment, poverty, etc. (in principle, welfare recipients are excluded)
(3) Those who are willing to receive continuous consultation and support at the "Welfare Consultation Service
At the Welfare Consultation Desk, community welfare coordinators listen to the problems of daily life and provide ongoing support in cooperation with local residents and related organizations.

What to bring: Please bring 2~3 eco-bags on the day
