Target: In principle, infants to high school students and their parents residing or attending preschool or school in Shibuya Ward
The regulations will be in accordance with the "Mini 4WD Official Competition Rules" published by Tamiya Corporation, and the "Friends GP Original Rules" will be applied for race management.
