Dates: September 12~October 31, every Thursday, 8 sessions
Eligibility: Junior high school students and older who live, work, or study in Shibuya Ward, those who do not usually have the opportunity to exercise due to weak legs or backs, and those who can get to and from the venue and change clothes on their own.
Contents: Underwater walking, training, and other croup instruction
Capacity: 10 (first-come, first-served)
Swimsuits, swimming caps, towels
How to apply: Apply directly by phone or at the counter between August 17 (Sat.) and 31 (Sat.)
