What's wrong with our children's bodies? Children today are suffering from two types of problems: sports injuries caused by over-exercise, and lack of exercise caused by lifestyle disorder. Children today have problems with squatting, using the Japanese-style toilet, poor posture, inability to stand on one leg, and inability to throw things, all of which were unthinkable in the past.
