4th floor of Merkmal Keio Sasazuka (building of Frente Sasazuka)
Participation fee: 300 yen
Eligibility: Limited to Shibuya Ward residents and students
advance registration required
Deadline: Sunday, November 30
Capacity: 20 persons each
