Baby/Parent/Child Yoga Class in Honmachi Community Center
11/15 (Sat) Baby Training Yoga (2 months to 3 years old)
This is a gentle yoga class for mothers and babies. We will enjoy incorporating the involvement that promotes the baby's "brain and body development" while relaxing the mother's mind and body.
11/22 (Sat) Yoga for parents and children (4 years old to elementary school students)
This is a time for parents and children to enjoy yoga together. They will imitate animals, move their bodies to music, and have fun relaxing their minds and bodies.
Both moms and dads are welcome, as well as first-timers!

■Hours: 11:00~12:00

■Fare: 2,000 yen (1 parent and 1 child) * +500 for each additional child
