The mental and physical discomforts that occur before summer are caused by autonomic nervous system disorders from the cold temperature difference, coldness, and reduced gastrointestinal function. Here are some recommended stretches to improve such summer discomforts.

〜Experience a smile bursting out of your face...

Boccia can be expected to deepen communication and enhance a sense of community unity by allowing local residents to play together. It is also a sport that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages, and has been called "the ultimate inclusive sport.
Recently, it has been utilized in disaster awareness events and can be a source of saving our lives.
Holding the event in Opera City will also improve the image and contribute to society.

Hands-on workshops using boccia balls

Body play that can be enjoyed like a game! Exercise with a ball for 15 minutes to get you moving naturally and smiling!
Whether you like or dislike exercise, whether you are concerned about your stomach, whether you suffer from cold or stiff shoulders, whether you are a small child, or whether you have a disability, everyone is welcome to participate♪
