Please fill in the answers to all three questions and your zip code, address, and name on the entry form provided on the question sign or on a plain, postcard-size sheet of paper, and place it in the entry box located on the bulletin board at the shopping district office.
Only one application per person, please.
Entries may also be submitted by official postcard.
