Using plenty of green perilla harvested from the school vegetable garden “Tsunagaru Vegetable Garden” at Hatashiro Elementary School, we will make delicious cookies that can be served as a snack, marrying with Parmesan cheese! You can take home 100g of cookies (recipe included). The teacher will be a patissier from "sweetie" (1-38-8 Honmachi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)!
