The children will learn how to make their own original cards while learning how to make them pop out from a picture book artist. When the card is opened, the motif rotates 90 degrees.

Eligibility: Junior high school students and older (priority given to Shibuya Ward residents and students)
Cost: 500 yen (for materials)
Capacity: 16 people (if there are too many applicants, the number will be determined by lottery)
