Location: Sasazuka Kumin Kaikan Conference Room #3 (with elevator and men's and women's restrooms)
Access: 8-minute walk from Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line (direct connection to Keio New Line and Toei Shinjuku Line), 2-minute bus stop at Sasazuka Junior High School.
