A cafe with a place where everyone can relax and a nice garden! Everyone is welcome to join us, from family members with dementia to those who want to prevent frailty. Coffee, tea and light meals are available free of charge. (The event will end when all the food is gone.) ○Frail prevention exercise class by a doctor from Teikyo Osteoporosis Clinic from 2:00 p.m.
○Guitar and violin performances are also available.
