【音楽体操プログラム開催のお知らせ】

日時：2025年5月31日(土) 11:00~12:00

Place: Lifepia Nishihara 1F Meeting Room
(1-40-11 Nishihara, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)

持ち物：動きやすいシューズ・汗拭きタオル・各自のお飲み物
*Please wear comfortable clothes.

Cost: Free *The event will last approximately one hour.

Number of participants: about 20 (anyone can participate)
*Not residents of ward housing are also welcome to attend.

Program Contents
・椅子に座ったまま、歌やリズムに合わせて体操を行います。
・前半はリズミカルに楽しく!後半はゆったりストレッチ!
