A cafe with a place where everyone can relax and a beautiful garden! Everyone is welcome to join us, from family members with dementia to those who want to prevent frailty. Free coffee, tea and refreshments will be served. (The event will end when all the food is gone.)
○Frail Prevention Exercise Class by Dr. Teikyo Osteopathic Hospital from 2:00 p.m.
○Guitar and violin performances are also available.
